This privacy policy describes how your personal data are collected, used and disclosed to others when you use MyStaff (the "app") or when you enter your information there.

A. Who are we?

The company Flying Services with Flying Service and Kitchenstaff as brands - headquarter at Jan van Beersstraat 51, 2018 Antwerp - is responsible for processing your personal data (responsible for processing as intended within the GDPR).

B. When do we collect your personal data?

We collect your data when you enter your data or upload an image in our app when making use of our services.

C. Why do we need your personal data?

We collect your personal data for the purposes listed below and will not use this data for other purposes without notifying you in advance and, if necessary, obtaining your consent to do so.

We use your data for the performance of the HR services for which you have registered with us, in particular temporary employment.

More specifically, we use your personal data to, where appropriate,

• gather information about your availability
• propose work assignments to you
• provide you with information on planned work assignments, such as location and hours
• create legal contracts in the framework of temporary employment
• collect information about work assignments, such as hours worked
• allow you to exercise your rights (see further under point H) and to subsequently demonstrate that we have complied with them.

After each work assignment we will ask you to upload an image of the timesheet as proof of your performance, in order to be able to pay you.

We use and process your personal data, according to the type of processing, on the basis of :

your consent: when you enter your data in MyStaff you give your consent to the processing of your personal data in the context of temporary employment.
